跨界·综合

时代变幻中，我们站在历史、当下与未来之间，海纳百川，挖掘人类共通的精神世界和追求生命共同的价值。

转象，含有反象棱镜之意，即取象，转象，读象；

转象，是一种审读，从解变到重构。从设计到再设计，从国际化到“后传统”；亦涵盖从民族元素到国际化，再到全球在地性的转向；亦涵盖从当下艺术设计媒介转向未来数字媒介（NFT元宇宙）等……

疫情来袭，人们的生活观、价值观发生转变，转型、流量、智慧化……成为关键词。

反观今天之设计，不仅蕴承启后、更是寻机觅遇，在追求一种“境随心转象由新生”的际遇。

在多元文化发展的当下，单一化的思维模式与发展路径逐渐不足以支撑叙事多维表达的呈现需求；科学技术作为媒介，与思维触点的模式共振，与以人为本体的场域串联世界；与新时代的形势变局、产业变革、危机挑战互融共生。突破创新孤岛，以跨界之力缔造设计转象的风向标，深刻研读新文科建设内核，以“转象”为题，构建新时代语境下的多维叙事，将学科交叉、现代信息技术等其它专业集群相融合，于新工科、新医科、新农科之跨界中，提出新命题、新方法、新技术、新手段；于其中归纳新方向、新标准及新价值判断；于后疫情建构重启现状下的学科教育框架、学科平台，转向未来人类生存模式的思考与行动。集“转象”主题，结合时代背景探索未来的综合之路、叙事之语境，演绎跨界语境下的多元叙事。

Image Turn——Transboundary and Integration

In the changing era, we stand between history, present and future, inclusive of the universe, pursuing the common spiritual world and value of life.

Image Turn, which means an inverted prism, that is, image capture, image transformation, and image reading;

Image Turn is a form of reviewing, from deconstruction to reconstruction; from design to redesign; from internationalization to ‘post-traditional’. It includes the transition from national elements to internationalization, and to global localization; as well as the transition from the current art and design medium to the future digital medium (NFT meta-universe) etc.

With the outbreak of the epidemic, people’s life and value system have been changed, and transformation, flow, and intelligence have become key words.

On the other hand, today’s design not only connotes the inheritance, but also seeks more opportunities, pursuing a situation whereby ‘environment accommodates with life’.

In the current multicultural development, the singular thinking mode and approaches are gradually insufficient to support the needs of multi-dimensional expression; science and technology as the medium, resonate with thinking touch points, and connect the world with the human-based scape; and coexist with new phenomena, industrial changes, emerging crises and challenges. It urges to create an atmosphere of design transformation with cross-border force, learn the core of new social science, and build a multidimensional narrative in the context of the new era with the theme of ‘Image Turn’. This requires us to include interdisciplinary approaches and modern information technology. In the context of new engineering, new medicine, and new agriculture, new propositions, new methods, new technologies, and new approaches should be proposed; new directions, new standards and new value judgments should be concluded. After the epidemic it subjects to construct education framework and disciplinary platform, and turn to thinking and acting on the future human survival model. All of these integrate the theme of ‘Image Turn’, exploring the integrated approaches of the future and contextual narratives, demonstrating the possibilities of interprets the multi-dimensional storytelling in a cross-disciplinary context.
